• Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
• Personalised Items: Allow additional 5-7 working days for production
• Risk: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:

• Standard Items: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
• Personalised Items: Cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged
• Faulty Items: Contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty

6. Discount Codes

Discount codes are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of issue. Codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
