Products & Personalisation

How does personalisation work?+
When you order a personalised item, you'll be asked to enter your pet's name or custom text during checkout. Our team then hand-stamps or embroiders each piece individually. Please double-check your spelling as personalised items cannot be returned.
What characters can be stamped on brass tags?+
We can stamp letters A-Z, numbers 0-9, and basic punctuation (& . - '). Each tag accommodates up to 10 characters per line. For longer names, please contact us to discuss options.
Are your products suitable for puppies?+
Yes! Our brass tags are lightweight and comfortable for dogs of all sizes. The Puppy Box is specifically designed for new arrivals. For very young puppies, we recommend our smaller tag sizes.
What materials do you use?+
Our tags are solid brass, which develops a beautiful patina over time. Our textiles are made from high-quality fabrics including organic cotton and heritage tweeds. All materials are carefully selected for durability and safety.
Can I order a custom design?+
We love creating bespoke pieces! Contact us with your idea and we'll let you know if we can help. Custom orders may require additional production time.

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Your payment information is always processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order?+
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Orders for standard items can usually be modified before dispatch. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
All our products come beautifully packaged, ready for gifting. We use recyclable materials and tissue paper to ensure your order arrives looking special.
Can I include a gift message?+
Yes! Add a note at checkout and we'll include a handwritten gift card with your order at no extra charge.

How much does shipping cost?+
Standard UK delivery is £3.50, or FREE on orders over £40. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Standard items are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive within 3-5 working days. Personalised items require an additional 5-7 working days for production.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes! We ship to the UK and select international destinations. Shipping rates and times vary by location.
How can I track my order?+
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also view your order status in your account.

Production & Timing

How long does personalisation take?+
Personalised items require 5-7 working days for production before shipping. Each piece is made by hand with care and attention to detail.
Can I rush my order?+
We sometimes offer express production for time-sensitive orders. Please contact us before ordering to check availability. Additional charges may apply.
When should I order for a special occasion?+
We recommend ordering personalised items at least 2 weeks before you need them, or 3-4 weeks during busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day). Standard items should arrive within a week of ordering.
