- Standard Delivery: £3.50 (Free on orders over £40)
- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
- Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day (subject to stock)
Personalised Items
- Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for production
- Hand-stamped items are made to order with care
- You'll receive a dispatch notification when your order ships
International Shipping
We ship to the UK and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account.
Returns Policy

Standard Items
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return postage costs
- Refund processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the return
Personalised Items
- Cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged
- Please double-check your personalisation details before ordering
- We'll always try to work with you if there's an issue
Faulty or Damaged Items
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
- Return postage covered by us for faulty items
- Please include photos of the damage when contacting us
How to Return

- We'll confirm your return and provide the return address
- Pack items securely and post with a tracked service
- Once received, we'll process your refund
